Supplement Watch - What we are about
We are almost obsessively interested in health and well being. The reason we have concentrated in nutrition and supplements is simple. We have noticed that nutrition and exercise are the most important factors in our well being. Both of these affect not only to our physical but also our mental health more than we usually realize. In our opinion nutrition is more important. Remember the saying "you are what you eat"?
The ideal situation would be that we could live peaceful lives, exercise regularly, get enough rest and eat regular haelthy meals every day. Unfortunaltely this is not possible for most people today. The main thing we seem to lack is time and money and since making money is about spending time working we can conclude that we mostly lack time. If we had an overflow of time we would probably sleep well, exercise and eat well.
This is where we need to apply knowledge. There are a lot of things we can do better. If your job pays one dollar per hour and you need ten dollars a day to survive that means you need to work ten hours a day to survive. If you educate yourself and get a better paying job that pays ten dollar per hour and work two hours a day then you will do much more than just survive. This is our motivation. We want to see people excel.
We feel that general well being is the foundation where all else is built.
Our goal is to gather the neccessary information to healthy living in one site. There are roughly two sorts of information. There are the facts and there is the application. We try to provide both. The neccessary information about nutrition and also explain how it affects you and how it is connected to your well being. Learning all of this information is no easy task but it is worth the effort.
It is your life. Make most of it!
